Ok, it's pretty easy. I can help you out. First when you want to get Albel, you have to speak to that king in Kirlsa, and then go up to that Ursa Lava Caves again to battle him, and when you win , you can get him. You have to be pretty tough if you want to win, cause if you're not serious, you're not able to beat him. If you want to get roger, I don't remember. But I think it was that you've got to go to Lost city of Surferio and go to a tree or something, when he stands there, go to him and a scene appears. After that, you can decide if you want him, or not in your team.
