Mine are the shotgun and sniper rifle. If i am going against the flood, i use the shotgun and energy sword. For hunters, i use the carbine and any other rifle that has zoom capability. For brutes, i run away and throw plasma grenades. They look ugly and go berserk if 1 dies... What's your guys' favorite weapons?

I like using the battle rifle or carbine to kill people from reasonably far away then keep a shotgun as my secondrary weapon in case I have to fight at close quarters.
I don't pretend to be an expert, so sometimes I get it wrong.

In multiplayer, my favorite are a sniper rifle and a rocket launcher.In campaign my favorite are SMG and a battle rifle.
