how do magiks bacome avaliable at the shops? do i have to wait for them to become avaliable or what cause im gettin annoyed cause of my rubbish magik. thank you in advance

magiks only appear once someone in your party has obtained the licence for the spell, i think.
if not then its rather random. :S iunno

There are magick shops in every city. There are no spells in weapon/armor/item shops. There all also technick and gambit shops.

A you progress on in the game new ones become avaliable. Almost always after a big moment in the game (With all the fancy cut scenes). Just keep going along and after a major event check out the shops for new equipment/magicks/technicks.

when you get further in the game your quantity of spells will appear. I need help also where is a shop that sells ethers because im in this castle not raithwalls tomb but the second one and i am fighting the ice thing I forget the name.

No place sells ethers exept the secret shop in the Necrohol of Nabudis.

I was reading my mates walkthough and it said to use Thundara on the second Esper you fight but it wasnt even in the shops to buy at that moment.

Then dont use it. I beat the second esper with a huge quickening chain. 18 without the concurrence.

Ya. It's part of the job, and that's how I keep it lol. I don't like having to point it out, but Rich is updating the site and it's been running slow lately and there have been tons of problems with everything.
