Wow MV! Did you make that on Paint?

Stanar Region (Star and Lunar)

Description: Only Region to have Pokemon with the awesome element, Rainbow! Also famous for having a lot of Solar Eclipses and Comets. Also famous for having very powerful Frontier Brains. All Pokemon here can learn up to 6 attacks. If a Pokemon with 4 attacks steps into Stanar area, it will automatically be able to learn 6 attacks. Another thing in this region is that a Pokemon can be up to 4 types. Example, a Gligar's types in this region is Bug/Poison/Flying/Ground. People battle 3 vs 3 here too! Each Frontier Brain has 4 Pokemon with the final Pokemon a legendary.

Evil Teams: Team Solar(fire) and Team Lunar(water)

You may become a member of Team Solar/Lunar, become a Gym Leader, be the Champion of the Elite 4, or be a Frontier Brain if you catch every single Pokemon ever made, Beat all 5 Frontier Brains, never EVER used a cheating device in the game, and give your mom 1,000,000 Pokedollars.

Requirement for Team Lunar/Solar member: Everything listed above PLUS having 10 of every fire/water pokemon excluding legends, and beat every type of Contest with only fire/water moves and Pokemon. To be a leader, make the other grunts turn against the current leader and defeat him in a Pokemon battle. Some grunts will report to the leader if you try to turn against the leader, so becareful who you talk to...

Once you're a leader, you can design the uniforms, design the hideout, pick the location of the hideout, and assign jobs.

Gyms: 8
Elite 4 + Champion: 5
Frontier Brains: 5
The Professor: Prof. Melaney

Best Gym Leader: ME!! Trainer card in my signature!!

Prof. Melaney's description of Rainbow Pokemon:

"They are fascinating Pokemon that can learn atleast one attack from every element. Some of these Pokemon include Yatu, Luvidine, and Rainaselia. A Xatu will evolve into a Yatu if it is level 75 or over and that it is holding a Rainbow Feather. A Luvdisc will evolve into a Luvidine if Luvdisc is level 75 or over and is holding a Rainbow Scale. a Roselia will evolve into a Rainasela instead of a Roserade if Roselia is level 75 or over and is holding a Rainbow Petal. Rainbow Pokemon are weak against Dark and Ghost Types. They are strong against Steel, Ice, and Poison. Types that don't effect it very much is Psychic."

EDITS:
I wanted to add the Champion of the Elite 4, and the Final Frontier Brain. Oh yeah, and you have to battle the Frontier Brains in order.

Champion of Elite 4:
Elite 4 Champion Connor(Flying):
Crobat-level 82
Skarmory-level 84
Gyarados-level 86
Flygon-level 89
Xatu-level 92
Salamence-level 96

Final Frontier Brain:
Me again:
Sceptile
Luxray
Infernape
Suicune

Can also have 5 attacks, 8 pokemon, each pokemon up to 3 types and moves can be 2 types (e.g steel wing would be a steel/flying type move).

Only 4 Frontier Brains but each have full legendary teams. Once you beat them, you can replace them at a facility or create your own one with your own symbol that represents something, and your own tile (e.g Castle Lord Shade).

Can only become gym leader after beating all 4 frontier brains thrice and owning 8 pokemon of the type gym you want.

Official battle rules change as well. Up to 3 pokemon on a team can be out against 1 (so you can have 5 to 2 battles) as long as there is no more than 8 pokemon on the field, and attacks can be combined to make new ones only available through team battle (e.g Hydro Pump + Thunderbolt = HydroBolt), or more powerful versions (e.g 3 flamethrowers combined).

Most powerful trainer outright is me:
Poke Master ShadePaw - unbeaten in 7629 battles and counting.
Ninetales
Vaporeon
Jolteon
Leafeon
Espeon
Glaceon
Umbreon
Salamance
All lv 100
