Haha! ive gotten all the skulls. ya ive had alot of free time. the outskirts skull is the only one you can get on anything but legendary. I say mythic is the hardest skull to get. and whoever didnt know what the skull in armory does its the one that has no title it makes all your enimies know where you are.
