I'd try to level em up, maybe get fly and blast burn for charizard replacing metal claw and brick break and maybe get heatwave instead of smokescreen. Others are pretty good.

I say LV them up really high, then get Charizard to learn Heat Wave and Absol w/ Bite, Faint Attack or Shadow Ball for shooting.
