1. No. You can ONLY get the NORMAL form of deoxys in r/s.
2. They are wierd, i really think speed form is a dumb idea.

Just go on the internet on certain sites and computer Pokedex and see the picture.

SS5 vageto the only way to see deoxys in it's speed form is to go to www.serebiinet.com and click on the pokemon Emerald button and then go to that pokedex.(any other website will show you the normal type)

I am awhere of that, but there are other sites as well, but Serebii is the best for it.

Sure, get a Aurora Ticket from a Nintendo Event and traval to Birth Island by boat; you could also use a AR or GS to obtain it, but for some reason a lot of the codes don't work and back fire and f**k up you game.
