The questions are, about how many food items should I bring along (I'm using Latios)? And if anyone knows, how many HP does Lugia have? And finally the opinion, does anyone think this dungeon will be difficult with a Level 100 Latios? Thanks in advance for answers. Also if I somehow mess up starting this, I'm terribly sorry, I haven't been back for a long time.

Using a latios isn't fully advisable. Go for an electric or grass-tyep, that's what helped me.
This dungeon had a lack of food, bring what you normally do and bring say, two more huge apples.

I was thinking of bringing along my Raichu, I'll just have to recruit Lugia later. Right now I just want to get through the dungeon.

well if you want to get through this dungeon i would suggest that you bring your raichu and bring a zapdos.and if you want to recruit lugia send zapdos home before you fight lugia.

Oh, you have to bring a water pokemon to get into the dungeon, end of. No size 3 + pokeomn, if you want to recruit lugia.

Raichu, but be careful on the chincous/lanterns: they absorb electricity.
Ludicolo sounds good.

What you should do is bring your main Pok�mon and your Water Pok�mon with Dive, then immediately send your Water Pok�mon back. That way you can recruit another Pok�mon you may want down there.
Lugia will be at Lv30. I'll go with what Mummification said about HP, since he has a guidebook and I don't.
