Yes. It's a great game. If you've ever tried Ruby or Sapphire, you'll know what the storyline is. The main charecters (Brendan and May) get new outfits, there's some more Pokémon to capture, you can capture Johto Pokémon after getting the National PokéDex, and more.

If it wasn't good, would it be number 1 most searched walkthroughs and number 3 most searched cheats on supercheats?
There are a couple major differences,like the BATTLE FRONTIER which is probably the biggest difference between r/s, and you can pick which lati@s you get, and you can catch rayquaza before the elite four, and the story has a slight change.
overall I say it's a great game and you should get it.

Its really good dude,highly recommended but dimond and peral are coming out in about 2 weeks so why not wait to get 1 of them?
