Thats cause when i try to create my own style, it always ends up terrible, or exactly like another tut ive used.

I almost always use tuts but I always end up with my own style because most of the tuts are for PSCS2.

Hey Dan how do you make up for not being able to scatter smudge? I would use more tuts if i had a good way to improvise.

I'm the king of improvising in GIMP. There's a brushset that imitates many of the most popular scatter smudges in PS. I use it often ;)

Sorry, but I don't like it much. The fx just seem thrown in there, the sig has no flow. I like the colors, the light is a little bit too strong, but sorry, cuz it just looks messy.
