I did, you have to take him out of the walker, and shoot him in the head. He will be walking on the river, holding his... ah private.

Raikov was pretty funny to me, at all.
I heard that killing Johnny (The guard at the jail) is bad luck.

WHY THEY SAY KILLING JOHNNY IS BAD LUCK:
There are whole clan of Johnny's back then. Rerember the guard in MGS1? Which Meryl stripped him and took his clothes. His name is Johnny Sasaki. He is also the guard in the cell where you are captured. His grandfather (also named Johnny; all firstborn sons in his family are named "Johnny") makes an appearance in MGS3 as the cell guard. He is significantly more friendly than his descendant. I think he is also at MGS2 and MGS4..

He is in MGS2, twice I think. He is back in MGS4, i remember seeing him using the bathroom inside of a barrell.

Yeah, you only see him once, but you can hear him twice. After you snipe everything on the first area near Emma, pull out your mic, and listen in. She'll have a conversation with him.
