exaclly u also can get the events but not from nintindo wifi they have not been made so no one should really have one

the evnt is sometime in october so and if you dont go to the event you sheach for it on wifi after the event

--EXAMPLE--

Go to the pokemon center and get the Heaven's Pipe from the little man in the green suit. Then proceed to the pillar where you got the Legendary for your game and play the flute to Encounter the Lvl 80 Arceus in your game.

3) Via trade with someone who has one and is willing to trade it.
