1) You cannot lose always battles, you have to have have a clean record, you have to win many, many times straight in a row to be reconized. If you do lose you have to start over again so be carful.
2)Nope, if you mean by no cheats then a Nintendo Event.
3)There is no such thing as a best Pokemon, everything has weaknesses, but my best bet would have to be Salamace or Kingdra.

how do u git mew2 i cant trade from fr or lg and the cheats dont work i had the 1 for mudkip and it didnt work tha 1 i used is:

Actually there is a strongest pokemon, If I'm correct it has no weaknesses it is Sableye because it is ghost/dark type. And about the symbols I only have 1, the Pike symbol and I almost got the Palace and Pyramid Symbols but I lost. Pike Queen Lucy has a Milotic, Seviper, and a Shuckle. Palace Maven Spencer has Crobat Slaking(speak of the devil) and Lapras. That is all I know

1. If you get all the Fronteir Symbols you get a star on your Trainer Card and possibly something from Scott. (I only have 2 symbols and have only had Pokemon Emerald for a little over a week)
2. Mew is only available through an AR or Gameshark cartridge and a Nintendo Event that ended a long time ago.
3. The best Pokemon really varies per trainer and how people use them. The starter pokemon are always good to use and psychic are generally good to use.
