does anyone know how to get him?i know that you can get charmander and squirtle but i am wonderin how you get Bulbasaur.

While I am not sure on the requirements to get him, I know he is obtained from a girl in one of the houses in Cerulean. Don't count on it though, as I haven't played yellow since the Stone Ages.

The city where Misty is the gym leader, beat Misty and go in that house where the lady raises Pokemon and say you'll take care of it.

lol, yea, you just have to be a good enough trainer for the girl to give you Bulbasaur. Just use potions on it until it's happy enough.
