its under cycling road just keep going up until you enter the warward cave use the shrenth to move to bolders find gible it knows dragon rage sand attack sandstorm and thats all i remenber and it transform into one of the most power full pokemon at its third form cynthiea last pokemon and its rare and its one of the most power full dragon pokemon at its third form maybe more power full than dailga and palkai

It's a general rule but it's not bad enough to ban someone... People are so anxious to get people axed around here. O.o I understood his post fine, you just hafta use common sense an' throw in the punctuation yurself.

He should still use it, but it's not to the point of bannable offense...
