golden pokemon?

how do u get a golden chimchar and others like steelix and als emploen? and how do i get the naitional pokedex? and how do i get to link with my friend on wfc aka wi-fi because every time i try to link with me it says your friend says he fail to link with me and every time i try to link with him it fail to link with him?

To get golden pokemon is impossible, there are shiny pokemon, there is a 1 in around 8000 chance of finding a shiny pokemon though.
For the national dex just see the first 150 pokemon in the sinnoh dex.

If youre having trouble finding all 150 because you might have dialga but palkias not in your game, go talk to the elder in Celestial town. also, if you dont have that pokedex, dont go get shaymin and those, 'cuz it will screw your game up
