Hi, I am Drache.
As you see i am new around here and there are some things I would like to know.
I already found out how some things work and I did read the rules.
But what is about these avatar pictures. I watched the tutorial, but I have not found any picture I like. I am still looking for something that fits.
Can�t I just draw my own picture and use it as my avatar?!? That would be much more personal then the stuff I�ve seen up to now. I�ve got a programm called paint and a scanner, too.
Please tell me if this is possible and how.
Do I have to publish my picture anywhere, so the link works?

Ok, welcome to SC!
You can make your own picture, as long as it is 100X100 pixels or smaller. Get your pic on the computer and go to tinypic.com. Browse, and find the picture. Upload it and get the regular URL code. then paste it at the avater screen. Thats up by your name, click avatar. Paste the code in the bar put the right pixel numbers and hit update.

hey, welcome im guessing you probably read the rules already, anyways there is a tutorial on the avatar etc. on this forum, just click on your profile and there will be a tutorial link at the bottom

The ranking system is used to rank you according to the amount/quality of your submissions to the site. By submissions I mean when you submit a question/answer/hint/cheat/walkthrough etc.

Call me a fool, if you want, but I don�t understand which forum you are talking about, neptis.
I have another question:
I just found out how to rate answers. But which one is the best: 1 or 10?
I don�t want just try it and risk to give somebody a bad ranking for a good answer.
