He's a director of quite a number of animated films, so u close Xeta. Not sure whether to move this or not as he doesn't actually do anime series or anything like that, just animated films.
Can't say I've ever seen any of his films but I've at least heard of one; Howl's Moving Castle.

it's not animated, it's about a director, so it should have stayed in TV and Film (A/C/C mod, please move it to TV and Film. thank you)

Cartoon Network did a whole friggin' month of it. They didn't show Naruto, or anything that was shown after that. The only ones I bothered to watch were Howl's Moving Castle, and Spirited Away.
Rider is the best thing ever invented in the history of the Earth. I love her beyond any human's possible thought.

i love his movies my fav. are princess moninoke, howls moving castle, spirited away, Castle in the sky. I wanted to see Kiki's delivery service. it looked good.

I Saw Howl's Moving Castle and i gotta say, it was pretty good! It was pretty strange though, with him being a crow thing.

Ah, Spirited Away... good times...
I've never seen teh Moving Castle, but I wanted to, he makes good movies, but I personally think that Spirited Away is his best by far, it scooped up best animation at the oscars.

Oh i've seen Spirited Away Too, but i can never remember the ending...I just remember her in the bath house with that ginormous baby and the weird grandma lady...

He is one of my favorite directors I love all of his movies!! I think one of my favorites is Nausica:of the Valley of the Wind, and Kiki's delivery Service was awesome! The animations in his movies and the way his stories are told is absolutely beautiful!^^
