Even if you have been posting alot, but your quality of post counts than quantity, and you have to be fair. No special treatment to friends and etc.

30+ post in the forum you wish to mod. Good quality post
member of at least one month. Use proper spelling and grammar. Be nice, and be helpful. Honestly the chances are rather low for anyone to be a mod as the popular forums have plenty. Good luck.
