Nope. The only way u can "get" Lucario is his Statue.

ive got his statue not that special its only like 1cm big and looks rly ugly and grey.to see it after you get the letter saying "congrats" do a mission.then it should be there

I agree with Helper_Monkey, the statue doesn't really change anything at all, it can't even show the others how good you are because it's just easy to get. Oh, how I really wish that two players can team up in a mission...

Excuse me, but I think you don't play this game. You are allowed to see Lucario when you get to Lucario rank as a Statue.

You know that Mystey dungeon Was released way before D&P right?
I'm guessing that the producers wanted to give clues about a new pokemon.Thats why Alakazams' Team kept on going on about Lucario
