And why does everyone one Hate Bill gates? Are they jelous of what he achieved? IMO, he is one of the greatest men who ever lived. I mean, just look at this technology...

Military scientists made the internet. He developed the Microsoft operating system for home PC's and had a part to play in the "Internet Explorer" web browser.

Bill Gates had nothing to do with creating the internet. He only created Internet Explorer, which wasn't even the primary browser on computers until around 1995. Before then, Netscape Navigator was the most widely used one, and even farther back, Mosaic.

Because of the tactics he used to achieve what he has..
Most of which are not very ethical. Bribing companies, stealing other people's stuff, etc, etc.
He did a great job and everything, but it just sickens me to see a man who bends the rules (not break) just to get his way..
Basically he has a monopoly.. and I don't see how the government is not doing anything about this..

Sorry, but the internet was made by top engineering schools in the USA. It was orginally used to transfer small messages from like Berkly to MIT. Then the military got involved in it. The official world wide internet was launched by a European company. IP addresses were the addresses you had to type in to get to different websites.
Also the internet is only recently (past 10 years) grown so big it will take me a month to download it.
