That's all it's used for.

Yeah, if you wanna get Mew then you have to go get the Aurora Ticket from the Nintendo USA Events, or i am not sure but in the New York Poke center there is the Ticket Master, but i aint sure that it has an Aurora ticket, but it has the rest and there free

You can get Mew if you meet all 150 pokemon and then talk to the gamemaker in the pokemon manshion.

I have all 150 pokemon and I don't get mew at the mansion in celedon. All I get is a diploma. It's either I did it wrong, or you guys are wrong. I don't know.
