Does anyone know how to help the Goths with their ghost problem while living at Pixel acres, and how do I organize the art while living at Studio 8?

you have to have absolute full points on your creativity, then go to the goths and play the organ.

To help the goths with their ghost problem...you have to hold a seance to get rid of them. It may not work the first time, though.
ps: i have no idea how to arrange the art! i am still stuck on that myself, even though i have beaten the game.

To arrange the art, bring all the sculptures into the big room. Put a cooler in that room. Also, buy at least 5000 dollars worth of more art.

When you get to the art center, you see what art they have on the in and outside of the building. Now all you need to do is, just make the main room the art room.
Take what art they have, and add a li more. Then put thoses white lil white under neath. Thoses lights like yard light, but they are the smaller white kind. Then have a party. Then artie or charity will say thanks for throwing a cool art party or something close to that. Then it's completed.
It took me a while, but I finally got there. Just watch out for what Artie, says, he will hint to you once in a while about what to do.

Get a diving board and put a load of glass tables under it(they have to be glass).

at studio 8, to throw an art opening, do the all objects cheat, L2, R2, up, triangle, L3, then buy the sculpting block, sculpt, hold the art opening and it will be successfull
