The smurfs is about a little village of tiny, blue creatures called smurfs. there really isn't a story line but an evil wizard named gargemiel is trying to kill all of the peacefull smurfs.
characters-
Papa smurf- the smurf leader
Smurfette- the only girl smurf
(as for the rest of the smurfs the name pretty much describes them)
brainy, greedy, hefty, grouchy, handy, lazy, harmony, dreamy, vanity, clumsy, and i believe that is all of the main smurfs...

Horrible show. I only really ever saw it when I was home sick from school or on a snow day. I could never watch an episode all the way through. I even prefered NICK JR. over it.

I disagree. Despite the obvious fact that it's a little kids show and I wouldn't like it, I just don't understand what the hell is going on. Ever. If I'm forced to watch something like Dora The Explorer (Bleh...) I can at least figure out what's happening. Not with the Smurfs.

it is hard to figure out whats going on if you haven't watched the whole show. i remember getting so mad when i didn't watch the whole thing from the beginning

I remember that. i always got mad when the snorks were on instead of smurf. The names are too similar... it confused my small brain
