Cars in that list my version of Prostreet doesn't have:
Audi TT
Audi RS4 despite the unlockallthings cheat
BMW Z4 Coupe
Porsche 911 GT2

And I can't get the patch anyways...However I can try the hex editting if I figure out how to do it.
