There is no way to get Magnamon from DNA digivolution, only Armor Digivolution.

There is a way to get him through DNA you can get it by Dna digivolving with Flamdramon and A Holy digimon, or you can make an egg with holy type digimon and dragon type

Usually if it says a Holy Digimon it means any Holy Digimon.

Actually, here are the requirements for an Egg that can possibly hatch into Mangamon(I didn't know it could come from an Egg):
Required Digimon 1: Pharaohmon
Required Digimon 2: Machine Digimon at Lv40+
Hatching Requirements: Lv25+, Holy EXP 7000+
Hatched Digimon: Magnamon, PrinceMamemon, Pharaohmon
When it hatches, it could be any of those 3.
