Can anyone tell me where you get the HM move rock climb from?

Been to Snow Point yet?

On the way there, you can find Rock Climb in the Massive Blizzard. It is behind a house that is in this blizzard. Might take some exploring to find it, but it is there lol.

There's a random house in the middle of snow on your way to Snow Point. There's a hiker in that house who says he lost Rock Climb and wants it back. Up almost directly above the house you will find a hidden pokeball which contains Rock Climb. Return it to the Hiker and he will reward your generosity with the HM and something else.

just take it itsd just a bit north east of thwe house or sout east just look east of it lol

No you don't have to speak with him anytime. But if you find it then speak to him you do get something else, like Scum said

In Route 217, behind the house, it will be hard to see it with the large blizzard, but you will see a pokeball. GO into the house and talk to the man. He will let you have the HM and another item.

Guys its been aswered it doesnt need any more of the same answer now :D

that is a event pokemon you will be able to get it at a pokemon event in america in about 1-2 years ive been hearing rumors about the event and even ask nintendo of america they say it will happen but they wouldnt tell me when i hope that helped.
