Cheating to get a red heart will not work. She has no memory of getting that high.

You have to see all of her heart events before you can marry her even though you used the cheats.

By using the cheat, you trigger the game to show all her heart events in the soonest possible time. so go see every event and have all the requirements for marriage for her to marry you.
