ATTN: The San Andreas Driving School!

NEED HELP!

To anyone that may know the answer can reply! I'm currently playing San Andreas again, only for the fact it is one of the best in the Series, but NEHOO, I'm up to the driving school and have made it to the P.I.T. Manuever part of the school, and can't seem to pass it! As soon as I hit the gas button and take off so does the other car, but there is NO way to catch that car to preform the P.I.T. If there is anyone that knows a trick to it, it would really help me out! PLEASE reply if you know! Thanks for your time!

theres a trick??? i thought it was straight forward. the only thing im guessing that your doing wrong is that your trying the do the pit on the side of the car when you only need to hit the back bumper

when you take off move to the left of the cop car it will slow down now P.I.T. make sure you are
turning left ,when you hit it for more points. also, this is very hot, if you have action replay max check out the secret I posted under user hints. customize any car part 1-3 this is very hot playa.

there isn't a skill.
just hold X, and you should catch up to the car.
I got all golds in driving school, and I had no problems with this.

I pulled up aside the car just enough to where my front fender lined up with his back fender and turned into him
