Help for Dual Rajang! (Village Urgent)

I just cant beat the dual rajang for mayor quest. My equipment set is:

Weapon: Rusty Claymore

Armor:
Kushala Snarl
Death Stench S
Basarios U
Death Stencs S
Death Stench S

My defence is 414+, attack is about 979

Please help!!! I keep dying when the other rajang jumps down to join the first rajang

I beat dual rajang not long ago and i had:

Full Death Stench S upgraded to 80def ea piece which comes to 400 and with the armour talons about 420 i think. So your armour is fine.

For a weapon i used High sandman Spike because i decided to sleep bomb them as it kills them very quickly.

You could try this method if you like. As if your using LBB+ you can kill the first within 8-9minutes.

This method works very well with Full Death Stench S and high sandman spike as the abnormal sts atk up or something makes it easier to put them to sleep.

LBB+ are good for that??? I just got that quest, so i need help 2.

But i have to kill the plesioth n green plesioth. Damn annoying. Should i get true devil slicer or kill them with just devil slicer?

i killed both the plesioth and green plesioth using full hermitaur armour and devil slicer. they are really easy to kill.
make sure you come prepared though. Do not even think about going on these quests before obtaining/making the following: sonic bombs - its hard to get him out of the water without these.

shock trap: - brilliant for getting a few good hits in especially where there are breakables on him e.g. fin. dont forget to make one before you go on the quest and make sure you take 2 genprey fangs and two trap tools to make more as they also keep him out of the water for longer.

bombs are great too but dont get too tied up in using them because they can get you killed if he attacks when your setting them up. your sword is the weapon you need really. bombs do tend to just get in the way unless you use them when hes in a shock trap.

no need to bother with paintballs or psychoserums really as he only goes in areas with water. also take lightning rods as these are effective against plesioth.

other than that, just get right in underneath him and hack and slash your way to victory. dont worry about him doing that move where he moves to the side as long as you have mega potions and potoins and herbs you will be fine.

I would say go with a bow to kill plesioth and green Plesioth as you can fire at them even when they are in water eventually making them jump upwards and then jumping out of the water anyway without sonic bombs.

@Master: Yes LBB+ are very effective. I thought they wouldn't be but just one being blown up by its face after the first time putting to sleep puts him in rage already. They do much damage.

Nice, and for Dual Plessy, if long sword, try to get True devil slicer, if bow, Sonic bow 3.

Yes, sonic bows or dragon bow halo if your going to range it

Or use pink parasol if you wanna use a bowgun. Or Melynx Helldoll.

Lol, talking bout G-Rank 1. Dragon bow halo take too long, n when using devil slicer, keep getting hit n alot of damage is inflicted

get better armor then, As soon as i could, i made full blango U, now it sux that i need to fight silver los a lot with -20 fire, but its goood armor.

i beat all the other elder quest with full monoblos and true devil slicer and i need help to are there any tips for me

You need over 400 def, (as I keep telling people) rathalos soul u armour is great.
Its defence is almost the same as silver soul armour and you get better skills, in this armour you increace the amount of damage you do and you wont be stopped when monsters roar. If you haven't killed the first Rajang by the time the second one enters, focus on the first one and kill it, this will make life easyer
