Want to make a sig

Who do you guys make a sig/banner? I really want to make my own but I don't know how. Tell me please.

Or you can go to the Graphics request and ask the expert Graphic makers on what you want.

I suspect this will be moved to G&A soon enough, but to make decent sigs and avies you can download GIMP for free. Or, if you want to spend almost $1,000 USD, you can buy Adobe Photoshop CS3. You can also get older versions for less, but CS3 is worth buying. Reliable, and doesn't freeze on me, while GIMP froze on me on a regular occasion. But not all the time.

Look here. It costs $999 itself, and to upgrade costs another $349. ;_;

Although that's CS3 extended. I'm not sure if the original CS3 would cost less, and I can't be bothered to go check. D:
