Alright. I currently have a santa hat in my bank. I am thinking of selling it to get 99 range.
My way to get 99 range.
Buy a ton of bronze arrows and go around RS free player and kill low level monsters until I run out.
Unless someone can prove me otherwise or can find a easy way to get from 65 crafting to 99 with 13 mill. I think I am going to do it, or I may get 99 firemaking as I have 13 mill and 84 already.

gl, with either one. I would choose range lol. firemaking gets really boring really fast and crafting takes forever like smithing and,

you could invest in a cannon and spend the rest on steel bars/ cannonballs. (can't remember which is cheaper)

Cannon is very expensive, even though fast training.

Cannon is only 500 - 750k and the balls are bars are cheaper than the balls if you want to smith them yourself. Chins are way to expensive, unless you go to that place on Ape Atoll where there's all the low level monkeys together. it takes a few hours to get from 75-85 range there.

Yeah the chins are expensive but I hear you get crazy exp fast.

Chins only get fast exp if you fight lots of things grouped together so they can deal area damage.
I noticed in my previous post, it filtered out the word cannonballs without the cannon, sorry to anyone it offended.
