When you answer aquestions how do you make your question non Pending?

You don't. The Admins Or those who approve submissions do.

Yeah, when it says Pending, it means it is waiting confirmation into the database. You have to wait for the people that approve submissions to approve the question.
Go read a different signature.

The Administrators will usually confirm it after 24 hours, or so, as the check through submissions on a daily basis.
