I'll try and help...
When I had a team of Munchlax and Turtwig, I just kept on using tackle. The best thing to do is save up loads of poke money, and buy as many reviver seeds as possible.
But yeah, Groudons health is over 100. I'd say somewhere between 100-150.

I had turtwig and piplup it only need three attacks for each of us and it was dead.

o.O funny thing is, i had a mudkip and i was a bulba, mudkip used tackle and missed, i used razor leaf (weak against it but i wanted to cause i was bored lol) and critied it for 162 and killed it, not sure if the hp is different for each time though?

From what you posted, it looks like you are saying Razor Leaf is weak against Groudon. However, Groudon is of the ground-type. The ground-type is weak against the grass-type. Therefore, Razor Leaf is Super Effective against Groudon.
