All you have to do is go to the nearest Wifi spot, turn on your game and do as the following:
1) On menu, choose Wonder Mail
2) Choose Receive Wonder Mail
3) Choose Nintendo Wi-fi Connection
4) Wait for connection, then the Rescue Celebi mission will be on 3rd page.
5) Complete the rescuing mission.
6) Celebi will now appear at 10F Mystifying Forest, if you have Secret Slab/Mystery Part in your Treasure Box.
Please note that the mission is only available on Wifi from August 1st to September 1st (US) so be sure to catch it when you can.
To hub mod: This topic should be unpinned when it's over September 1st.

I just rescued him, he appeared on Floor 13.. D: I'll go back and search Floor 10 on the second time through now.

Strange... I got mine (Time version) in 10F. I think it's the difference between the 2 versions...
EDIT: You found and rescue Celebi on 13F Mystifying Forest, but it appears on 10F in the same dungeon when you want to recruit it. You need SS/MP, though.

That would mean the same thing for Mewtwo in Dark Crater, Floor 7 then. I saw a Search for Mewtwo thing on the Wondermail thing too. So Time gets Mewtwo. xD

Sweet. Celebi and Mewtwo are no longer version exclusives. Sadly, I recentely restarted my Darkness, so no Celebi. I'll have to keep it in my Time if I don't complete it by September 1st(I probably won't!).

Trust me dude, This stuff for PMD2 is legit. I found both on the WonderMail WFC server. Plus the other like 8 legendaries you can't get without the Event Code.

If you read my post that quoted yours before, you will see my point. As UK people gets the game later than US, to my belief, they will also get the mission later.

Both Mewtwo and Celebi appear in the rescue in the different location to where they can be found afterwards to avoid the conflict in generating the dungeon.

When uoi receive the mission over WiFi does it give you a Wondermail Code for the mission? If it does, could someone please post it here because my WiFi isnt working right now.
