It says I need a great achievement, but I can not find any reference to this. What are the great achievements and how do I get them?

Well thats an easy one, what you have to do is battle the Elite Four, and then there you have it, you have entrance to the Cerulean cave

Defeat the Elite Four, then return to Cerulean Cave. Inside you will find a surprise, a level 70 Pokemon. I won't spoil it for you, I just hope you have your Master Ball still...

what you really have to do is after you beat the E4 you have to go to the islands and find the Ruby(1 Island)take it back to Celio and he will give you the ticket for islands 4 and 5 (then i forgot how to get other ticket from Celio), and use cut on the door of a cave to get the Sapphire, (6 Island then 5 Island in Rocket Warehouse) then take the Sapphire to Celio and that is the great achievement that you need.

You can't just go there after you beat the Elite Four. You most do the Sevii Island side quest first. After you do that, you have a chance to fight Mewtwo, and the upgraded Elite Four, they are stonger from the first time.

Bring loads of Timer Balls
Bring a pokemon that can Paralyze, sleep, or freeze
Bring Full Restores
Get ready for the toughest in-game match you've ever had in LG
Don't kill the pokemon. If you do, I will come after you and beat you with a stick. >O
