Firstly, welcome to supercheats.
Secondly, We do not allow more than 3 smilies in a row, and no more than 5 in a post, so please edit your post ASAP.
And what you are experiencing is called a post quota, for 1 week, you have a certain number of posts you are allowed to make in the forums and T&C. This is a safety net for the staff so new members cant spam like hell.
