I saw a few interesting topics looking through IGN's boards, and thought I might bring up some of them here, since we don't have anything new to say...
Considering how the roster is somewhat outdated, and that lacks some current big name rookies in place of a handful of released superstars, I'd like to see who you guys would replace. Take out as many superstars as you want, and add the same amount. Here's how I'd do it...
Remove 9:
Mr. McMahon
Tazz
Big Daddy V
Lance Cade
Trevor Murdoch
Chuck Palumbo
Boogeyman
Hornswoggle
Ashley
Add 9:
Evan Bourne

I wouldn't remove too many actually... probably just Big Daddy V, Ashley and Murdoch. Then add Noble, Koslov and DiBiase.

Why Lance Cade? He's involved in the Jericho heel turn, and although he hasn't really done much, he's still worth having in the game.
I'd also take out Palumbo, I missed him out... probably replace with Evan Bourne

Val Venis & Jamie Noble aren't in the game. And although I'd love to see Noble in, I agree that if Val Venis was playable he should be replaced by Manu or Burchill.

Because he's no longer in the company. I guess some people just haven't thought about checking it out because his last time on TV was getting annihalated by Shawn Michaels with a steel chair (thus having an "injury" for a short break), but he was released by WWE. On Jim Ross's website, he didn't go into great detail but he said something along the lines of "he made a mistake on an airplane and had a seizure"... I'm assuming it's drug or alcohol related, but no one's really discussed it openly.

Yep, but with the release date so soon in relation to the Jericho storyline, I'd have thought Cade would still be in, due to how this situation is normally handled.

Oh well yes, of course he'll still be in the game. I was just suggesting I'd replace him if I had the choice.
As far as DLC goes, I don't know if it's been stated that wrestlers will be included. If so, hopefully they're cheap. But if you think about it, what reason will we have to buy SVR2010 when we've already got all the top superstars (Koslov, DiBiase, Bourne) on '09? That may limit the DLC to far less than what people are expecting.

That is true i suppose, but i think they may stop giving out downloadable content at a point, so that there is an incentive to buy SvR2010...
...OR, continue with the DLC, which will then allow THQ to focus on the fundamentals of the game instead of just updating the roster...
(like, they'd use almost the same character models, but chnage hairstyles and attires to make them look more "recent")

How can I add superstars? for DLC? Can't I get a USB and somehow get the file online and put it in my USB and then insert into my 360?
