just click brows and choose a picture file then choose a picture thats a jpg,jpeg,png,or gif only, click open then it should show it next to brows then submit the post like ths one...

Picking an avatar is different... You need to go to the top of the page and select 'avatars'
For the image in post upload system, scroll to the bottom of the page. Press the browse button, select your desired image (making sure it fits the general requirements as outline above the browse box, select the image, write your post then press the submit post - there we couldn't have made it any simpler I think...
