bowow, neither of those will ever be added. The forums you're suggesting can (quite simply) be incorporated by a new thread on another forum/s, namely General Chat or Tech.
I'm glad you're trying to help us, but General Boards are the most important part of the forums, we can't just create new ones without considering every angle.

Not so much a new suggestion. But would it be more efficient to merge same-series Pokemon games? Soulsilver and Heartgold for example. Considering the differences between the two are minimal, to me it seems that the participants of both forums could communicate easier about game problems, as well as eliminating the need to travel between the two.

^It's something that we've covered before, and we do plan on merging various forums at some point, but there are a lot of more important things that need to get done first.
