I mean seriously. I can put them in one drawer separately. But everytime I want my phone charger or something it's ALWAYS tangled up! I haven't been in my drawer since forever but everything still finds their way all bunched up.

I have been wondering this for 5 years lol.

I always wondered this myself, I mean its like, you do all you can to keep em straight, and yet they turn into these crazy knots. Happens all the time with my headphones. Yay for Wireless 360 controllers.

OH MY LORD YES. You wrap the cord around the controller. Place both controllers neatly in your bag and leave your friends house. You get home a short while later, and low and behold. MESS.

Makes me soo angry :(

This always annoys me. No matter how neatly you wrap the cables up, they will inevitably find some way to snare themselves around each other. The only viable solution is to put each cabled object into a different pocket.

That method doesn't work. The cables might be alone, but they'll just tangle around themselves.

Ugh, this just happened to me.

My mother gave me my dinner, I took my earphones out and placed them next to me. I pick them up just now because I had finished my dinner and POW! they're tangled up like hell, how, how, how?! >_<

Yeah, that happens to me all the time. I still don't understand how they get knotted together. Like how my computer NEVER moves, but some how all the wires, the speaker wires, mouse wire, keyboard wires, and all the other wires end up in one hug knot. I have my ipod in one pocket at work, with the headphones neatly arranged, I get to lunch and pull them out and the headphones are all tangled up. And it seems like it takes forever to intangle them! It sure doesn't seem like something that "just happens" it sure seems like somebody tied them up like that on purpose.

Thanx to FenixPhoenix for making me a great avy and sig!! Smile

It's because of something similar to the Tooth Fairy. It's the Wire Tangling Fairy, and it doesn't give you money.

Which do you think is easier? Untangling four individual cables from themselves, or untangling one giant tangled mess of four cables?

It's noot foolproof, granted, but it certainly makes things easier.

I think it's because wires are stored wrapped in a coil, so when they're supposed to be straight, they curl.

And wrapping headphones around a small thing is best, because there's more layers, and a better grip.

It perplexes me on how this happens. I'll wrap the cable on my headphones on my MP3 Player and put it in my pocket. But when I get it out on my way home after school, there's usually a knot or 2 on the wire..... WTF?

If Vee was still here, I'd say this was his fault, but he isn't, so..

But it's incredibly annoying. This used to happen all the time with my PS2, but thank god, PS3 has wireless controllers.

I say it's due to a small group of creature's called the tangle pixies who get a kick out of it, much like the gnomes who steal underpants.
This is just speculation however.
