Why do wires get tangled all the time?

We should orgainize a hunt for these tangle pixies, because they have screwed my Logitech Mic twice.

I hate when the same wire gets into different types of knots with other wires. UGH!

I was unwinding a new WII bar, and when I simply waved the bar over the power supply, and extra ten minutes was stolen from my life.

I have always wondered how wires got tangled up together but I will never know now.

I will gladly fund that with special pixie killing Airsoft Rifles.

I think it might be due to miniature burritos. They always tangle my cords without me noticing. Or it might be my imagination.

I hate it when my headphones get tangled. Thank god for Wii and 360 controllers

yeah my big caveman earphones i have get tangled but they have a LONG cord so it don't matter but one day i pulled my ipod earphones out of my pocket and obviously they were tangled only i was here and i went to get lunch while they were on the desk in my room tangled beyond belief and when i got back they were neatly sitting there nice and untangled (i ate lunch at home and they were in a room where there was only one door) it was the weirdest thing and now the most freaky thing was every time i used them they were never tangled again untill i let my bro borrow them he left them IN THE FLOOR OF THE GARAGE and they got run over with a car it was just weird how that all happened

It's probably not the wire fairy. I think the people who make them do that on porpose. Because, obviously, the common people's pain is their pleasure.

also who thinks wireless headphones would be a good idea? I mean-the iPod thouch is motion and touch sensitive & has Wi-Fi so why not wireless headphones or earpieces?

Hmm, you were pretty smart back then.

I was wondering about wires yesterday. No matter what I do they end up tangled in a square knot and it takes about forty five minutes to untangle.

pretty annoying, I bet they do it on purpose.
