How do you know when you have a perfect town? Pelly told me that "Wheeze (the name of my town) is a great place to live. It's really come a long way."
Does that mean that it's perfect? I really want the golden watering can and I've been working really hard and obsessing over the game so I can get it. If you have gotten the golden watering can, can you please help?

I finally got the golden watering can!
When she says you need more green, start planting flowers everywhere you possibly can. You can never have too many flowers. Also, make sure you weed every day and there are no pieces of trash or random fruit laying on the ground. When you have a perfect town, a Jacob's ladder will grow. Keep at it until Pell tells you that your town is a great place to live. A couple of weeks later, when you go to ask her about your environment, she'll give you the golden watering can.

Yes. You can never have too many flowers. Be careful, though. Once you start having flowers everywhere, you can't run like crazy through your town. You can, however, have too many trees. If she tells you there are too many trees, cut one down at a time, asking her about the environment each time until she doesn't say there's too many.

don't say that some animals help becose they water the flowers and make a garden so u can pick that flowers.

you have to wait 16 days keeping it perfect and then it comes. i know...i have the comlete guide to animal crossing. (�10 from GAME)
