Well, you could go to a friend's town and get some of their fruit, which sells for 500 bells, and eventually have a forest of foreign fruits, I have like 75 foreign fruit trees. If you have two of the same fossil sell it, but have blathers identify it for you first, cuz nook buys it for more. you can fish ,catch bugs, and also sell gyroids unless you really like them.

get fruit, but that's only if your desprate, because if you pick all the fruit you won't get anymore until 3 days, you can also shake trees and find 100 bells, and items from the recycling bin and in the lost and found. sell that stuff if you don't want it (be carefull most of the time the lost and found only has pitfall seeds. you can sell them but there worth 0 bells) hope i've helped. but for more you can look in the making money forum

I suggest you fish most of all, i have the mansion, so i should know that fishing works.....*scheming*....especially when you catch one of each and get the golden fishing rod.*eyes turn into ridiculously huge shining eyes*
