What the title says ok so once in my town i wrote a letter to Cube and i spoke to him 5min. later and he asked me if i wrote that same letter aren't they supposed to deliver at 5 or 6

I surrounded someone with holes, then went away so it wasn't in my screen. Then I come back about 10 seconds later and she was out of the trap, and the holes were still there.
