How in the world do I keep people in my town! People keep moving in but they move the next day!

Someone help me how in the heck do you get the halloween costume for trick-or-treating? I looked everywhere im so confused....

U cant get a costume....Oh yeah,me thinks the car cheat is:catch 2 red snappers,sell them put all the money in the dump,make a day go by and there will be a star mark in the dump dig it up,the car is there.(if it is not in the dump when you start it should be in front of U)i am not sure if this is true, my greedy friend told me. I havnt tried it yet

Ok, one thing before I tell you this, I just want you to know you couldn't have ever used action replay or any other hacking system to get you the money for this..

1) You have to have played this game every day for one whole year.

2) You have to have at least one billion bells (999,999,999 in bank one or more in pocket)

3) Have Gracie in town and Kappn at the beach

4) Have a complete catalogue

5) You must have been to your island at least one time

6) Meet at least one hundred animals or more

7) Have fifteen animals in your village

8) Have fourty-eighty golden trees

9) Nothing is wrong with your village

10) Never run into Mr. Resseti

11) Have manor house.

Talk to Gracie she'll ask you to wash her car do it then you have to get Gracie's shirt or tin shirt.

Once done she'll ask you to join her club it's only one million bells say yes keep going back and forth from the bank to her and she'll say she misses her boyfriend.

Go to Kappn and he'll say Gracie is missin' her boyfriend?

Come with me laddy. You'll go to the island and Mr. Resseti will be their and then a conversation between Kappn and Mr. Resseti will go on for about a minute then Mr. Resseti will go under ground go with Kappn back to the main land (you have to save your island).

Go to acre F-1 or A-4. You'll see Mr. Resseti and an echidna they won't go any where. go to Gracie then she'll say she's in debt and all of her members have to pay.

Pay her four million. She won't believe you about her boyfriend so you have to pay three million then she'll go follow you then the acre before her boyfriend she'll stop.

You have to give her two million bells she'll follow you the rest of the way.

You'll then go back to Kappn's boat. You'll go to the island (the one you saved).

Then you'll see Gracie and Bud (Echidna's name) then Bud will offer you a canoe to ride in the ocean with (It's slower than Kappn's but you get to go anywhere in the ocean.

Or Gracie will Give you a car you get to ride to your friends town quicker than the train. Well like I said very long but worth while cheat.

If this doesn't work you might try to contact someone that knows a little more about these kinds of cheats.

You're welcome. No it's not I have Mario Party Advance and there is news about Mario Party 7 On Nintendo.com. You have to have Gracie in your town the same day 365(6) - 380. If you get the car you travel to your friends town a lot faster then the train would. But a road appears for some odd reason. The canoe is slower than Kappn's boat but you can go anywhere in the sea and even see Gulliver. You can buy stuff from him. Oh and don't time travel EVER.

It is the days Gracie must be in your town to activate the car cheat. The 365 or 6 if it's a leap year. Those are the days she mst be in your town a year from the day you started. Oh and Nintendo Power does too many typos.
