Help Please

Hi all. Im not new to the game but need some advice. Im trying to create a Wis/AGI hybrid team. I get to 15 streak often but not always. I have a decent team I think.Should I just stick with either WIS or AGI and if so what formation and set up (front line Backline) should i use ?

Tormented Bone Beast 2
Cegila 2

Scathing Hierophant
Empusa the Death Scythe
Paladin of Leo 2

Any suggestions on how to use these effectively and what formation/lineup to use. I also have a few GH saved up so I can buy some fams from the bazzar if there is anything that i can add to make it better.
The warlord is gray mage. I have GOW 3 and torrent of Flame. No third skill yet
