Gun: AK-74u
-Attachment: Red-Dot Sight
Handgun/Secondary Gun: Deagle/Dragunov(ACOG)
Special Nade: Smoke
Perk 1: 3 Frags
Perk 2: Stopping Power/Sleight of Hand/Overkill(only for sniper use)
Perk 3: Steady Aim/Martyrdom
Ok, now for an explanation:
Primary Gun: The AK-74u imo is the best gun for rushing. It's fast, strong, and has a lot of ammo. The MP5/Skorpion/Mini-uzi just don't match up. (Notice how I didn't put P90.

Attachment: No attachment = dumb, Silencer = weak, ACOG = wtfru thinkin?
Handgun/Second Gun: The Deagle wups every other handguns *** in free4all-rushing combat. I personally like the Dragunov because it just stuck with me from story mode, and it looks cool without a camo, but really any sniper will work. I def. recommend ACOG. It just takes to long to kill someone with a normal scope. If they're THAT far away, don't even try it.
Nade: Flash = might not work, even if it does, you always gotta be moving, no waiting to chunk the nade AND run up the stairs and kill the guy... Stun = Dumb. Smoke = Always works for when you need it, plus, it'll annoy the crap out of a sniper/camper.
Perk1: Claymores just take too long. And even with the sniper, you won't want to stop for minutes-on-end. Just pop into the building, check for long range kills, start running some more.
Perk2: Stopping Power = Always works. Sleight/Hand = A lot easier than switching to Deagle, but I'd only use it on small maps like Showdown. Overkill = See: Handgun/Second Gun.
Perk3: Martyrdom is just great, everyone knows it. But now, a lot of people will stop and wait for a nade to blow up before running over your body. Steady Aim is better though. I think it's obvious why.
