I absolutely love Dome, but no other maps really pop into my mind right now... Castle's pretty cool... :/
I HATE Makin. Day and Night. It's so boring, everyone just camps out in the different shacks.

I like Hangar and Upheaval, I always get campers with grenades and shooting through the wall. Ive gotten 4 kills with one grenade in hangar twice...
I can always pick off a camper (considering i know where they are from being killed by em') with a sniper rifle through a wall.

I don't like Makin but I seem to do better there than on others, my least favourite map is the new one Knee deep, it's just poor.

I HATE: Roundhouse
I don't like: Seelow, Downfall, and Airfield.
I don't dislike, but aren't favorites: Courtyard, Makin, Makin Day, Hangar, Outskirts. (Outskirts is like at the bottom of this list, and the top of the dislike list cause I can't seem to ever find anyone!
I really like: Asylum, Castle, Cliffside, and Station. Cliffside is just beautifully done. I REALLY dig Asylum, but I just suck really bad at it. Idk why...
I LOVE: Dome and Upheaval. I kick a LOT of booty ( ) at Dome, and I just absolutely love Upheaval.
EDIT: I haven't really got a chance to play Nightfire or Knee Deep.

Everyone hates Roundhouse... lol
I'm starting to enjoy Dome more too... especially since I am now king of the sniper rifle (and absolutely suck with everything else now) I just run out and no scope/quick scope when I'm in little levels like courtyard and Dome...
Makin is fine, I don't run into camper problems... (in fact, now that I understand the most popular camping spots... I run in a room with my gun pointed to that area and usually get them ;))
I'm really tired of upheaval lately, I used to adore that level...

i love castle for sniping just remember 2 change spot every 2 kills so people dont come back and hunt you down for sweet revenge and dome is the best 4 a good smg lots of points and bullets muhahaha

I love Dome, it's just so fun to camp in one spot and pwn everyone who walks by...I really hate Makin, rarely get any kills and the dogs are so hard to see. I dislike any of the Japanese levels for multiplayer, really, except Cliffside.

My least favourite maps are Airfield, I suck at it
, Makin Day, it's too easy, it makes a good, dark map into an easy map where you can see everyone all the time.
My favourite maps are, Dome, hell yeah, Makin, night only. I also like Knee Deep!

AirField: Is good if you're not sniping.
Asylum: Love it.
