A pit crew? That would be pretty cool but I think the race length would have to be enlongated to simulate the real wear on tires and use of gas. Still, a good idea.

I think that that would be neat, and I would prefer that, but I think this game is meant to be centered around go-kart style racing.

Do you mean "drafting?" That on ly works at speeds in excess of about 120 mph.

Drifting is almost the equivalent of Oversteer. (Do you know aobut understeer and oversteer?) If you do then it's pretty simple. Drifting is basically when you deliberately lose traction at the rear so that your tail is hanging lose compared to the nose of the car whilst going through a corner. Think about some rally cars and dirt bikes. It's sometimes quite hard to realine it though. Oversteer is when it hangs loosely in the corner.
